Another year of Pecha Kucha Night in Šumperk is upon us, and with it comes a new visual that reflects the visual style of the event from previous years and at the same time adapts to the day, 20 April 1562, when the people of Šumperk took their destiny into their own hands. They gathered together and liberated themselves from the ownership of the nobility. Three days later, Emperor Ferdinand granted them extensive privileges, including the right to seal with red wax. That is why this image is reminiscent of the seals. The seals show people coming together and negotiating. They therefore symbolise cooperation and mutual support in this situation. In addition, elements of the city's coat of arms are minimally indicated.
